Tanzanian Singer TID Cautions Arbantone Artists Against Remixing his Music Without his Permission

NAIROBI, Kenya, April 25 – Tanzanian Singer TID has made a splash in Kenya with his viral TikTok sound that has sparked excitement among his fans.
Addressing bloggers at Quiver Lounge while on his 2 weeks Kenya Tour , the artist cautioned Arbantone artists against unauthorised remixes of his music.
“Aisee nitakufunga polisi usifanye hiyo kitu. Ukishika wimbo wangu, ukipeleka unafanya hiyo arbantone yako, without my permission you are in trouble my young brothers, and I will hate you for the rest of my life,” he cautioned.
TID shared his plans for engaging with his musical audience likening it to the initial sweetness of pursuing a romantic interest.
Expressing his views on collaboration, TID clarified his professional relationship with his bandmate Q Chief, emphasizing their business partnership rather than personal ties.
He highlighted ongoing projects, including recording an album with his team.
